The AOK Basic Skills Project is the personal retirement project of John B. Kirk. It is not a business, registered entity, or organization, and operates solely as a nonprofit educational effort. The name “AOK Basic Skills Project” refers only to its internet domain.
All AOK workshops are provided free of charge to both hosting organizations and individual participants. They are intended for educational and noncommercial use only. Materials, methods, and approaches used in the workshops are adapted from publicly available resources, including but not limited to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), the European Language Portfolio (ELP), the Global Language Portfolio (GLP), Linguafolio, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), and various university extension services. Websites and resources referenced in workshops remain the property of their respective owners and are used under the principle of fair, noncommercial educational use.
Mr. Kirk does not claim authorship of third-party materials and provides credit whenever possible. Some materials have been modified for clarity or adapted for workshop purposes.
